This external hard drive sold by "TaxFreeDeal" is defective. At least every three days I have to turn it off because my computer can't see the drive. I have two other WD external hard drives and they have been working great for a number of years. Sold to me defective. The 30-day return window has expired, so I'm stuck with a $140 external hard drive that's not working properly. It took me a long time to back up my information to this hard drive and now I'm playing the game while waiting for it to die altogether. It wasn't a very good shopping experience at TaxFreeDeals. When buying through TaxFreeDeals, the buyer should be careful.
