I've loved spam musubi since I've lived in Hawaii. It's only in 1 food truck, and there the sauce is nonsense. Of course I started learning how to make them. I have mastered my sauce but my efforts have not been easy and FUGLE! I just couldn't make it nice and that made me sad. I bought this on a whim. I lowered my expectations. I had a low, medium, and high range of expectations. My high area - this will work and look perfect, but it will take practice to get these shapes to work the way I wanted. I was so surprised.
