Did not fit. best in Gaskets

My mechanic says the gasket doesn't fit. He says the right seal has to be made within a given year. Anyway, I'm not sure if that's true or not. He bought another one at a local store for about the same price. He indicated the date of manufacture on the packaging.

Pros

SEALED WELL Securely seals the gasket kit to prevent oil leakage whenever lubricating oil collects in the cylinder head drain. In addition to oil, this seal also prevents other harmful materials from entering the valve train.
