They are much better than GUM Soft Picks as they won't accidentally bend or break. They are very flexible and catch dirt in the mouth and especially under the gums. That's why I bought it, so I can go under the gum line and clean everything there thoroughly. They helped me tremendously during a 2 month study with bleeding gums. Consistent use after each meal has completely healed my gums. I can recommend her unreservedly. I still use them every day. I first bought them because a person blogged about them who had dental issues and they said it was the only thing that worked for them. So I bought them to have a look and yes they definitely help a lot. I won't go back to the GUM picks, while they're good, they just aren't as good as these.
