Probably should have thought about it before buying but I've never seen any negative reviews about it. I keep my arms high and close to my body as I swing my arms. My fists cross lightly on my chest next to my pecs, right where the bottles are. It just didn't work and I didn't want to adapt the mechanics to the gear. It was great as it wasn't bouncing and comfortable so I bought a 1.5 liter chamber to try without bottles but disappointed as I liked the concept of two bottles up front. But the mileage is a bit large. 6 feet 1182 with broad shoulders and M seems a little tall. I like the phone pocket, haven't had any pressure issues in the upper ribs when under a bottle like I've seen some. The case's back gets sweaty, but that's not a problem. Many accessible front and side pockets. The colors are also very cool. It's a pale black and almost army green in contrast to pure black and lime green. I won't refuse because I'm waving my arms, but it's getting warm. Comfortable enough to walk around shirtless without getting irritated, but damn my ass gets wet.
