The front brake discs are 12.72 " police/cab diameter and will not fit LS, LT and LTZ models with 11.92 " rotors.
Original quality looks good, but you should know one very important thing: the Impala uses 11.92" rotors, with the exception of the police/taxi which use 12.72" rotors. These front rotors are police/taxi so if you plan to use them you will need police/taxi calipers and brackets. I'm talking about the possibility of sending them back.
