I like that it's easy to set up, simple interface with good overviews of how my customers use our product so they can be more effective at reaching them! It would help if there was an option for multiple user profiles per account (e.g., customer-facing vs support staff). We're using trackmyusers as part of analytics software we've built in house which is helping us understand where people are stuck or confused while working through training modules - this helps ensure future content flows better towards those areas/pages etc.- also great insight into what pages get used most frequently from within the system too!
