Good Tool - Needs some improvements

I like that it is easy to use, has great customer support, and provides an excellent value for money. It's not as user friendly as other tools out there, but if you're looking for a simple tool with great support, this is worth checking out. The only thing I don't like about TrackMyUsers is that it doesn't record all the traffic from my site in one place. You have to go through each page of the website to see what was viewed when. This can be time consuming and isn't very efficient. If you are

A good all rounder tool and easy set up

I like that there are many different ways to see what is going when someone visits my site, for example their device or browser type etc! The ability of having multiple tools with similar features but differing pricing options can be confusing at first if it isn't explained in clear detail from start-to finish (ie how one product relates/is better than another). For me personally this was not an issue as i'm able navigate through most things fairly easily anyway - however some may find…

TrackMyUsers offers really helpful software

I like that it's very easy to use, it has all what is needed for tracking user behavior in web applications or websites. It also provides good reports with graphs showing how many times each page was visited by different groups of people (by country). There are no downsides at this moment - everything works as expected. If there were any issues we would have encountered them long time ago because they fixed most problems quickly after our feedbacks. So far so great! We're using trackmyusers…

A useful tool when looking closely beyond conversion tracking

I like that it's easy to set up, simple interface with good overviews of how my customers use our product so they can be more effective at reaching them! It would help if there was an option for multiple user profiles per account (e.g., customer-facing vs support staff). We're using trackmyusers as part of analytics software we've built in house which is helping us understand where people are stuck or confused while working through training modules - this helps ensure future content flows…

Very helpful platform ! Excellent customer care

The service is affordable, easy to use with all features that I need for my business (we are in sales). It's not so complicated as other services which makes it more user-friendly. Nothing really - everything works fine! So far there was no any issues or problems at our side when we used this tool from them.
