I like that there are many different ways to see what is going when someone visits my site, for example their device or browser type etc! The ability of having multiple tools with similar features but differing pricing options can be confusing at first if it isn't explained in clear detail from start-to finish (ie how one product relates/is better than another). For me personally this was not an issue as i'm able navigate through most things fairly easily anyway - however some may find difficulty getting used quickly enough without detailed instructions given right away rather then over time once they have got into 'habit'. We use trackmyusers primarily due tracking user stats such us which pages people visit / clicks links too ect.. However we also utilize other products alongside where specific info cannot always been captured by others within our system eg Google Analytics so sometimes need additional monitoring via 3rd party software. Overall great.
