I wasn't thrilled with the product, but it can be used.
If the design of the lid were a little more robust, I would still use it. But I had to go back to another company that has large jugs with a hinged lid. Some pros: Nice, spacious, convenient to use, variety of filters low price, convenient usage counter. With its cons: Fragile design: the hinged lid rests on two small plastic stops. Broke after six months - a jug to throw away. It's too expensive to throw it away so often.
