Battery case not available
My Samsung OE remote stopped working so I ordered one. I have no idea if it works or not because the battery compartment doesn't move. I couldn't open it to put the batteries in. The battery compartment of the original remote was easy to open. When I decided I had received a defective remote, I ordered a replacement. The same problem when replacing, I can't open the battery compartment. This one comes back too. Very poor quality control.
