slippery and perfectly smooth
Put a liquid on it and it flows instantly. I've never seen a plastic cutting board without a blood trough. The surface is also slippery and plates, cups and more can slide off when you hit the cutting board. I have mine on a mobile kitchen island (on wheels). I have to be very careful not to lean against the edge of the table, otherwise everything on the cutting board will end up on the floor. I bought this because of the thickness (thinner boards warp when washed). The board is solid and does not deform, unfortunately I now have new problems to deal with.
