Review on CitrusPro Base PAK by Logan Tripp

I like how easy this program makes my job easier when dealing clients/customers!I have been using citrupro base pak since 2012; so far everything has worked well (sometimes hard drive crashes) but nothing major yet!! We are still learning more about what we can do within our software programs which helps us get better at customer service too. I like how easy this software makes finding my contacts! You can search your entire database at once which really cuts down searching times drastically!! When you are trying figure out what someone does within citruespro base pack helps me find them easier than if they were not listed under their job title/name. This has been helpful when working remotely because sometimes i dont know where people work so its hard getting everyone together (especially since we have some remote workers).
