This is a simple product that works as advertised for cleaning vegetables. It's as flexible as a silicone pen, but only half the size. The thickened finish is more durable than I thought, and one day while I was cleaning the stove I thought I'd try to get some stubborn dirt off one of the burner grates. It worked better than anything I've used on cast iron fingers for this purpose before. The scrubbing brush has joined the kitchen toolbox of commonly used food/cleaning supplies. highlighted.
