Screws are not tightened causing oil and coolant to mix. Switched back to factory screws and it worked for a while but now it's mixing again. took it apart and found that the head gasket had failed after only 300 miles of use. TERRIBLE!. This is my first experience with a cheap cylinder head gasket. I decided to give it a try. Never. I've always used OE or felpro and never had a problem. Screws too, I always used felpro or OE for preparatory work. I will also abide by my rules regarding bolts.
