Great system for tracking employee benefits
The system is easy to use for both users with little experience as well as more experienced users. There are many different ways of doing things that can be confusing at first but it does get easier over time. Reporting capabilities are limited compared to other systems we have used in the past; however this may just relate to our lack of expertise using this particular software. We found the customer support very helpful when troubleshooting any issues we were having. I am not sure if they changed their pricing structure or what happened. However, we stopped working with them after about 3 years because there was no longer enough value added to justify continued usage.

- It's user friendly interface has made accounting much less stressful than previous programs which required long hours learning how each program works especially those related specifically towards accountants like us who need all data available from one source without searching through multiple tabs/files etc., also great reporting features! Allows you access via mobile phones too so quick response times possible even
