Review on πŸ’Ό Solo New York Pro Aegis Laptop Briefcase with RFID Pocket - 15.6 Inch, Black by Ryan Brunson

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Good enough, slim case, better than my Case Logic case of the same size

I replaced a Case Logic case of the same size with this one and am very pleased. Although SOLO is very similar to a clone, it looks neater. The red accents below are just for show but look attractive. The handles are slightly better constructed and the zippers are of better quality. The shoulder strap is improved by twisting the ends to avoid tangling, but the shoulder pad is disappointing as it's slippery. This is a three pocket design without a wallet size RFID pocket. The room is sparse but well organized including pen, card and key holders. The main compartment is lightly padded and houses a wallet-sized RFID slot. I keep my 11" Surface Pro in a thick utility/zipped binder that sits in the middle pocket. This leaves room for half-inch documents as well as anything that fits in two flat external pockets. (NOTE: The business card slot is too narrow, making it difficult to remove and fold business cards.) There is a loop on the back for attaching the luggage handle, which tucks away neatly when not in use thanks to a hidden Velcro tab.
