I like how easy it is to use, especially for non-IT people in our organization who are new to online services/tools such as this one. It's not always accurate or up-to date so you have to be careful using some things that may seem simple but aren't actually correct (e.g., dates). For example, when we were working with someone recently they had an old version which was different from what everyone else used. This caused problems because all my documents said "today" while theirs showed yesterday! So make sure everything matches before submitting anything important - otherwise there will be errors later down the road. The benefits include having access to information at anytime anywhere if needed without needing physical files.
