Includes 3 dogs and an underground PetSafe restraint system. 2 small and 1 medium dog, so 1 small dog collar and 2 cat collars. After problems with cat collars (3 replaced), PetSafe released a rechargeable collar suitable for small dogs. Absolutely perfect! I like the ability to recharge. I'm still a little suspicious of the on/off button. But this collar doesn't need that stupid battery and doesn't need any tools to turn it on and off. Only one small thing kept him from getting that 5th star. This technique is MUCH more sensitive than the battery technique. My fence goes over the eaves on the back doors to allow dogs in and out. I've noticed that the dog doesn't want to go outside with this new receiver. And after being executed several times, he turned into a trembling basket. So we took the collar and went through the underground wiring. It started beeping as I approached the back door, picking up a signal at ground level from the edge (8-9 feet) and the girth was almost twice the width of the other collars. Knowing this, I turned off the transmitter and trained the dog for a week to go through the door again. Works great but beware of the sensitivity!
