Review on AGPtek SPDIF Extractor Converter Output by Jaleel Akuffo

I've been using it from time to time since I bought it in 2015. Now the sound is switched on/off via the RCA output and optically. Also, the video signal can no longer be recognized by this unit. I can no longer use it the way it was intended. I'm not very happy with it as it hasn't been used all the time. Update: 10/20/2017: I contacted AGPTek a few weeks ago and asked about their warranty (I don't have any info on the packaging but I have details). Of course I know that more than 2 years have passed. I just want to see if something can be done. They started the email with "Hello customer". They have my full name in the email I sent them. This email requested additional information about the purchase. In response, they forwarded the email to the BrainyDeals merchant. BrainyDeals response also started with "Hello customer” and continued with "Please check if the cable is working well or not. And we regret to inform you that the warranty for this product is no longer valid. Yes. The HDMI cable that sends the signal to this device works because it worked before I connected it to this device. It also doesn't explain why the video signal to the TV/monitor is not recognized. In the end, neither the manufacturer nor the reseller responded after I asked them to use my name instead of "customer".
