Update: 6/27/2021 Captured critters I didn't know existed in the room. I move it from room to room and even in the garage and every now and then I hear a nice pop. It works out. Customer service sent me what appears to be an extension cord to fix the shorter cord issue and an extra lightbulb. Winn's support rep was very polite and nice. So buy with confidence. >>> Haven't caught anything yet except for a living moth. I traded in for this brand because it had a 4 foot cord, but it turned out to be exactly the same length - 41 inches - as the other one and appeared to be made by the same company but under a different brand and in a different package. .It is cheaply built. Don't drop it or it's all over. I have to try and catch some critters to make sure the discharge works. Will be updated.
