Although my WiFi speed is around 250 Gbps on my iPad, I get a solid speed of over 900 Gbps when connected to this device. It's just nice to have that kind of speed and connectivity when you need it. I don't watch a lot of movies on Hulu, Netflix etc but my niece does and she loves it. She mentioned that using this device provides a VERY smooth viewing experience and no occasional "polishing" issues while using this device.
