Good, durable, well made pan
I use this pan for making home made tomato sauce.
It works great but the nonstick coating is starting to come off. I believe this is self inflicted as I like a slight char in my tomato sauce.

- The pan is extremely easy to clean, thanks to the nonstick coating

- May require extra care to prevent rusting
