Review on 🔊 SMSL SA100 Bluetooth 5.0 Amplifier: 50W x 50W Power, 2-Channel Stereo Audio Amp, Treble Bass Desktop Amp (Blue) by Nick Garrett

The main reason I bought this amp was to run a pair of Bose 301s for my garage with music streaming from an iPhone. I was in the process of ordering a PS Audio "Sprout" and came across the SMSL SA100. I've seen positive reviews for other products from this company on Z-Reviews (funny dude) and based on the price and availability of the BT 5.0 I decided to give it a try before ordering the Sprout. I am delighted with this little device. I hooked it up to the 301, then to the following speakers: Elac Debut B6 (bookshelf), then to Elac B6 Debut (towers) and then to a pair of SVS Ultra (bookshelf) and it all sounded great. This might not be what audiophiles expect, but for me it's a much better alternative for my garage setup. I will still get Sprout (for another app) but not before they update to BT 5.0. It's also better in my humble opinion than buying a pair of bookshelf speakers with a BT amp (which I thought about too) as now I can just swap out the speakers to get better sound.
