I have seen in the past that many restaurants use Tuxton brand plates and bowls. When I saw cookware for home use on Amazon, I decided to give it a try. The price is mid-range, but it's definitely worth what you pay for and even more. It has a clean and elegant design and doesn't look cheap at all. Pretty easy to cook and clean, I didn't even have to add oil when frying the eggs. My mom used a pot to boil some water and completely forgot after the water ran out and nothing happened to the pot, so it's pretty durable. I'm not used to the metal feel, but the heat doesn't transfer to the handle part, so it's not a big deal.
