In general, a good product. The only problem was that the threaded end connected to the shower head was sharp and cut into the rubber grommet on the shower head and broke the seal causing water to leak out. I could flip it, but every contractor I've spoken to has advised me that proper installation should consist of attaching the longer end to the wall. There was a shorter end (with a sharp end) to connect to the shower head. To fix this I had to replace the rubber grommet and use teflon tape to keep it waterproof. 👍🏼
