I have bought four of these units and can honestly say they are no more difficult to assemble than any piece of IKEA furniture. Of course, the writing in the drawings is a bit small, but first lay out the details on the floor and it will take no more than 30-40 minutes to get everything ready to fill out. I bought several slotted ducts separately from the power supplier, painted them black and routed them down the length of the frame to accommodate all the wiring. It looks good and keeps all cables out of the way of the fan while maintaining high airflow.
