Underwhelming Pre-Workout with Nasty Side Effects

This product left much to be desired. While it did provide a slight boost in energy it also caused intense jitters and a rapid heartbeat .Not to mention, it had a terrible taste. The only positive is that it does include some beneficial ingredients for overall Health and Household, but for the price it's just not worth it..

Increases blood flow and oxygen delivery to muscles, potentially improving overall workout performance.

Cons

May cause jitteriness and an increased heart rate for some users.
