At first, could not determine the power line for the fan since the wires were both black, but switching the wires worked. Other than that, the installation was easy. The timer works great, and often times we forget to turn off the fan but with the timer, the fan turns off automatically. No more hearing the fan running all day and night.

- May not work well in large spaces with multiple lights and/or fans
