No screws and open. Putting it in a big box doesn't make up for it.
I thought of it quickly. They put it in a giant box. This is the second one I've had and was meant to replace the first which I was very happy with. Unfortunately the plastic packaging of the product was opened and the white rubber was grey. Looking at it, I can't help but think that maybe it was used and then re-wrapped in cling film. It may have been dropped or opened during removal, or caught on or in the strap causing the greying. The screws were also missing. Since I'm replacing one, I have an old set of screws so I can reuse them. It's just very annoying when open and in use and shouldn't be returned as I don't want to be associated with anyone in the UPS business.
