Used on the entrance door to the garage. harder and thicker. definitely covers the draft. seems sturdy enough to keep insects and even mice out. noticed mouse droppings in the garage but no sign of mice (may have come and gone by now) but hopefully that helps.

Unfortunately this doesn't work for me. I was hoping to replace the current damaged one on my metal security door but as you can see in the last 3 photos my old one has a wider rubber band and the screw holes are closer to the top of the band. This replacement is narrower, and this is made worse by the fact that the screw holes are too far apart. There is a big gap at the bottom. Ideally I would like it to wrap around the bottom of my security door, see last photo. Can anyone recommend a…

I thought of it quickly. They put it in a giant box. This is the second one I've had and was meant to replace the first which I was very happy with. Unfortunately the plastic packaging of the product was opened and the white rubber was grey. Looking at it, I can't help but think that maybe it was used and then re-wrapped in cling film. Then I found a white one that matched my white screen door better, so I put it in my shopping cart and figured I'd delete the other one at checkout.
