Power Mic II is a great companion for Dragon Medical. I found it very functional when used with Microsoft Surface Pro 4 and Dragon Medical Practice Edition 2 for clinical workflow management in Athena EMR. This shines when remapping buttons to bring up a dictation box with full text control to complete the narration, and then use a different button to "wrap" text into any field. Ideal for writing stories and answering patient questions, as well as creating instructions for tracking test results. As one reviewer noted, the cord could be shorter for some applications. I've found that a good way to shorten the cord is to fold the center section several times and use velcro at each end to tie things together.
