zero charge on receipt and not rechargable when installed
Similar problem as noted by other reviewers. Product received with zero charge on battery, and with no ability to recharge when installed. (I tried several times.) Battery shows zero % charge and then stops showing up as installed at all on the menu bar. Supplier installation manual says "Do not let the battery discharge completely, this may cause irreversible damage to its cells," yet that is how they shipped it, with zero charge. Product returned immediately.
