The instructions are not very clear. I was expecting some sort of tiny screw on the connectors, so that was a bit confusing. You do NOT have to cut one wire shorter than the other like the instructions say. π€¦ββοΈ It makes no sense. Look at the picture I included. You just stick both wires into the end of the connector and bend them down. The small metal spikes on the connector cut through the rubber shielding etc. and make contact with the cable. Make sure you connect the neutral and hot wires correctly, white to white. One of the needles has the word WHITE written on it to help you. It was amazing of them. :) I ended up using braided wire (18 gauge) for a wall light powered by a switch. It's a lot harder to get through the fabric and rubber, but it worked.
