Review on Safe Wood ATack with Transparent Isolation Surface by Will Powers

Revainrating 2 out of 5

At first the tape stuck well. After a few weeks the tape started peeling off the surface.

The tape was purchased to attach to a wooden window frame for an air conditioner. The idea was to seal off the open area around the vent to prevent heat, insects or moisture from entering. After about 2 weeks the tape started to peel away from the window frame and the areas where the tape was placed over the taped areas to ensure a good seal. Although the tape didn't damage the wooden frame, it was necessary to rework some areas and apply new tape (one that's very sticky and removes the paint from the frame) on the areas that don't touch the frame. You can use masking tape to stick to surfaces that "regular" tape can damage, but plan to put strong masking tape over this product.
