Delivery was on time, cups are comfortable to hold, but too heavy. I ordered these mugs because the product description said each mug weighed 0.7 pounds. I have similar glass mugs that we like, but they weigh 1.0 pounds and feel heavy. The mugs I just received all weigh over 1.09 pounds (1.4 ounces heavier than what we have). It doesn't seem like a bad thing, but that's with arthritis! I decided to keep the mugs as they are not very expensive but I will not buy them again.
