
I really like how it was easy for me as an individual user of this software tool; however my organization has had some challenges with its implementation thus far - mainly because our team members have been unaware or unfamiliar/unfamiliar enough wits using such tools before they were hired by us (and therefore did not know any better).

The customer service from those at MuleSoft also needs improvement! We are solving data problems related specifically around fraud prevention & ; risk management within insurance industry which requires quick turnaround times between receiving new information into systems via feeds / APIs etc., vs being ableto process them manually so time isn't wasted during back-office processes where decisions need made quickly regarding claims denials issues et al.; hence speed improvements through automation here would be key given client expectations when dealing these types oof risks across various lines insurers cover e..
