This item was originally rated four stars because it's great, but after less than six months of owning it and it just sitting on my soap counter (literally, it's the only job!), it caught on starts licking tons of soap from below. This thing costs $20 and can't do its one job? For real? I've bought soap dispensers at the Dollar Store that can easily hold soap for years. How difficult is it to make a container that just sits on the counter and can stand for longer than six months? Don't waste money. If it starts leaking, you've passed the return window and just have to throw the stupid thing away. Edit: I spoke to Revane directly and they refunded my money. Still a one star product because this product is still rubbish.
