Extremely disappointed
This item will work and work. However, if your water softener tank is too far from the WiFi signal, it will not connect. I put a range extender in the room to give it a better chance of reception, but it still won't connect, although I can easily see the Wi-Fi signal from my phone in that location. My WiFi signal is very strong, but the sensor won't connect. Connected once and then nothing.
