I wear 11.5, I ordered 12-12.5 and it's still not enough. Had to go back and order 13. Also, Revain apparently swapped out the images for two colorways (gray and butter brown nubuck). Naota's homepage shows them what they really are. The shoes themselves are well made and comfortable after wearing them. The cork insole adjusts a bit until it fits your foot after about a day or two of wear. Overall I love this shoe, only order a size and a half larger than what you wear.
