Very interesting case, I hoped it would work. My first issue was that the fan screws were too wide and required force to tighten, cutting into the case. The bottom screws exposed the top so I had to keep them tightly closed at all times, I think one or two of the holes were misaligned. Then when everything was installed it wouldn't turn on. I tested this case with two Raspberry Pi 3+ with RetroPie installed, two 32GB SD cards with three different USB power supplies (two dedicated wall adapters and one USB cable connected to the power supply). In my control case, they all worked perfectly. However, they were NEVER included in the NESPi+ case. I even installed the safe shutdown scripts on the control box and put the working SD card back into the case. STILL didn't turn on. I noticed that an SD card stopped working and I had to reformat and reinstall RetroPie twice because it inexplicably got corrupted in the NESPi device after several attempts to turn it on. I also noticed that the SD card slot got stuck and broke my micro SD card slot the last time I took it out (goodbye new Raspberry Pi 3). Also, my device didn't have instructions so I had to search for something online which took a lot longer than I expected. I collected this device as a Christmas present, but I guess it's out of the question now. I couldn't get any support information for this product so I returned it. I really wanted this device to work, it's the coolest case (in the coolest packaging) I've ever bought, but it just didn't work. I will now avoid this company and their products.
