I adopted a stray cat who now lives with me and has had some digestive issues including frequent gas and diarrhea. I decided to try alternatives before going to the vet and found this along with another PetNatural product called Clean Litter and started using both products in addition to switching her diet to a higher quality kibble. This combination seems to work pretty well. I give her a daily digest in the morning and two clean castings, one in the morning and one in the evening. The diarrhea has completely disappeared and the flatulence has decreased significantly. She's still gassy, but I think it has more to do with her bad habit of almost inhaling her food, thereby swallowing air in the mix. It can be difficult for them to adjust when they start out as homeless and live in a situation where they are literally starving.
