I like that I can control the microphone volume the way I do.
I work in a call center. The range is incredible. I can literally walk out of the building and listen to the conference call. My base is on the third floor. I like being able to adjust the microphone volume as I have a softer voice and sometimes people can't hear me well. I talk on my phone/headset all day and didn't have to charge my headphones during the day. I bought this over a year ago. I remember having some confusion while setting up this complicated work phone. I called customer service and the problem was solved without any problems. I think I had to set up the wires a little differently than the instructions recommended.
