They are pleasant to the touch, well sewn, the size corresponds to the description. These are NOT blackout curtains. Check out the lower star ratings for this product that contain images and you will see many images showing light shining through the curtains. My guess is that the photos that don't show this were taken at night or in cloudy/indirect light. Note that many reviews rated 4 and above also include photos that clearly show tons of light coming through the fabric, but these are left by reviewers who rate this product based on everything but its ability to darken. I'm a college student who happens to work in a hospital and sleep at different times of the day, I need real blackout curtains. The "Eclipse" ability is the reason I bought it. I believe a reasonable person would expect curtains to perform as described in the second word of the product name. This product would be great (off-white is actually really good) if they did what the title says: blackout. They don't do what they say. will return them.
