I need a bathrobe to get from the pool to my car in winter. This one is 3 inches above my ankle (5 feet 4 inches). It's not very thick, but absorbs water quickly. Armpit closure allows for more room to slip in and out. The large kangaroo pocket makes it easier to dry your hands. The hood is large enough to dry your hair. The only downside is that I would have liked a zip neckline. I have a hard time getting my head through and wish the head opening was wider.
