Somewhat satisfied with internal hard drives
This docking station is exactly what I was looking for. It is very convenient to be able to connect two additional hard drives. I use this to dock drives with large video files. Overall I'm reasonably happy with this setup. A major disadvantage is that the drives stop or go to sleep too quickly. Once this happens, it takes longer than expected before I can read or write to the discs. I contacted Startech. Almost a month later, they replied that there is no setting for this setting.
