Good quality and good design.
Had to cut out part of the ceramic floor tile, remove the grout and sand the grout off the old tile. Uses a joint blade and a triangular sanding blade. for more projects. Saved me a lot of time and gave me clean and straight lines and a floor to put my repaired tiles on.
