Good quality books. The print is clear and legible. For me they are the perfect size to be able to easily carry them around and navigate the pages well. Included with this set was a guide for the current year. It also came with a set of cards with commonly used texts, including the Song of Songs of Zechariah and Mary and the Te Deum. All in all I recommend this set to anyone looking for a complete set of liturgy clocks. If you are new to celebrating the Liturgy of the Hours, I recommend that you start with the book Christian Prayer. It contains morning, evening and night prayers for the whole year in one book. This will help you get used to the correct season, the correct time of the saints, and the Four Weeks Psalter. The main reason I got the four volume set is that I wanted to start praying in the reading department.
