I have found that after purchasing these filters my allergy symptoms (coughing and sneezing) have decreased after installing this filter when spending time at home. I notice it most when I go to bed at night, since the fall I have had trouble sleeping at night. I coughed and blew my nose. It was a total pain and I wanted to fix my current air quality. With this filter it seems to help me and help me feel more comfortable in my home! It's amazing that a simple air filter change can make such a big difference to my allergies and sleep quality. I highly recommend this product.
