Stickers and Stones.

We have quite a few throw rugs around our home, and they're thick enough to not need a rug pad underneath. Ergo, we just use non-stick pads. They work well, but can be a bit pricey, and show like crazy if your rug shifts a bit. With 2 kids and 2 cats, my rugs shift quite a bit.I'm not sure what I was expecting, but this wasn't necessarily it. I knew this would be something that would attach to the corners of the rug. I guess at that point I figured each piece would have the standard non-stick/grippy stuff on the back. Nope. It's like double-sided, rigid tape.In theory, I guess this idea is.ok? I just am not really comfortable with the idea of sticking this adhesive down on my nearly 60 year old parquet flooring and then stepping on it, further grinding it into the grain.
